Examples of desired events include birthday parties, chess/checkers, Tai Chi, meditation, board games, Zumba, yoga/chair yoga, art-making activity, dance classes, poetry reading, mobile reading room, listening post, drawing club, arts/crafts, community theater, community clean day, educational talks.

Note: TLCBD does not have the authority to issue permits for events at parks. TLCBD does have a permit that allows us to put on programming with partners and residents for small events of 25 people or less that TLCBD will support logistically. For larger events that are outside of TLCBD's permit guidelines, you will need to submit an application for a permit through Rec and Park. TLCBD staff will advise you if this is the case.
